The CFPS-72/73 series are surface mount clock oscillators in a ceramic package with a hermetically sealed metal lid, available in two voltages (3.3V and 5.0V).
They feature a frequency range of 1.25MHz to 160MHz, tri-state HCMOS/ TTL output compatibility, and a maximum capacitive load of 15pF.

Frequency Stability: ±25ppm, ±50ppm, or ±100ppm (inclusive of supply voltage and output load variations over the operating temperature range)
Operating Temperature Range: 0°C to 70°C (CFPS-72/73) or -40°C to 85°C (CFPS-721/731)
Tri-state Operation: Logic ‘1’ enables oscillator output, Logic ‘0’ disables oscillator output, and no connection enables oscillator output
