The C-101 series optically coupled isolators are designed for applications requiring high voltage isolation and compact packaging.
Features
They offer:
- Absolute maximum ratings: 10KV isolation, storage and operating temperature -5°C to +100°C
- High current-transfer-ratio (CTR)
- Lead soldering temperature: 240°C (21 seconds)
- Hermetically-sealed components, UL listed, and replace CLABO family of isolators
Description
The C-101 series consists of a Gallium Arsenide infrared-emitting diode and a Silicon NPN phototransistor, coaxially mounted in an injection-molded black plastic housing, sealed against external sources of optical radiation.
They are suitable for applications requiring high voltage isolation and compact packaging.
