This datasheet describes the YAEV-H type compression connectors with nylon-insulated ring-tongue terminals for expanded insulation.
Features:
These connectors are designed to accommodate larger conductor insulation diameters and are made of one-piece tin-plated pure electrolytic seamless copper tubing for maximum conductivity and ductility.
They have color-coded insulating sleeves locked into position, an inspection hole for visual wire insertion checks, and meet the requirements of MIL-T-7928.
Wire Strip Length:
The wire strip lengths range from 7/16″ to 5/8″ depending on the specific product.
Installation Tooling:
Various installation tools are available, including HYTOOL, HYPRESS, and NEST INDENTOR, with different die sets and wire strip lengths.
