RLC Electronics’ Broadband Miniature Attenuators offer precision impedance matching and bi-directional handling over a broad frequency range of DC to 18 GHz. They are available in various frequencies, including DC to 12.4 GHz, DC to 8 GHz, and DC to 1.5 GHz.
Specifications
The attenuators come with precision connectors meeting the full requirements of MIL-C-39012. They are available in standard attenuation values, as well as custom values for specific requirements. The connectors can be supplied in SMA male or female, or Type N male or female.
Performance
The attenuators have an accuracy of ±1.5 dB and a VSWR of 1.2. They have a power rating of 2 watts average, derated linearly to 0.5 watts. They operate at an impedance of 50 Ohms and are constructed from stainless steel.
For ordering, use the following syntax: [model number]-[attenuation value]-[connector type], where [model number] corresponds to the frequency range (e.g. A-1 for DC-1.5 GHz). Additional designations include “R” for SMA, “N” for Type N, “F” for 2 female connectors, and “M” for 2 male connectors.
