Key Features
These capacitors boast a high quality factor (Q) of 2000 at 1 MHz, a temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) of 0 ±30 PPM/°C, and an insulation resistance (IR) of 105 Megohms min. at 25°C and 104 Megohms min. at 125°C.
They are suitable for a wide range of applications, including UHF and microwave communications systems, wireless communications, public safety radio, telecom, WiMAX, and satellite systems.
Electrical and Mechanical Specifications
The 800 A Series capacitors have a capacitance range of 0.1 pF to 100 pF, with a working voltage (WVDC) of up to 250% of the rated voltage for 5 seconds.
They are designed to meet and exceed the requirements of various industry standards, including EIA-198, MIL-PRF-55681, and MIL-PRF-123.
