Overview
The ATC 700 E Series is a range of high RF power multilayer capacitors designed for high Q, ultra-stable NPO performance under high RF current and voltage applications.
Key Features
These capacitors offer high density porcelain construction, low ESR, high RF current and voltage, and high reliability. They are available with extended working voltages up to 7200 VDC and an encapsulation option for added protection.
Applications
Typical applications include bypass, coupling, tuning, impedance matching, and DC blocking in HF/RF power amplifiers, transmitters, antenna tuning, plasma chambers, and medical equipment (MRI coils).
Electrical Characteristics
The capacitors have a capacitance range of 1.0 pF to 2200 pF, with a temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) of 0 ±30 PPM/°C (-55°C to +125°C). They also feature high insulation resistance, low aging effects, and high thermal shock resistance.
