The ATC 700 B Series offers high-performance NPO porcelain and ceramic multilayer capacitors with a capacitance range of 0.1 pF to 5100 pF.

Electrical Characteristics
Quality factor (Q) greater than 10,000 (0.1 pF to 200 pF) and greater than 2000 (220 pF to 5100 pF) at MHz frequencies.
Temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) of 0 ±30 PPM/°C (-55°C to +125°C).
Insulation resistance (IR) of 106 Megohms min. at +25°C and 105 Megohms min. at +125°C.
