The ATC 700 B Series offers high-performance NPO porcelain and ceramic multilayer capacitors with a capacitance range of 0.1 pF to 5100 pF.

Quality factor (Q) greater than 10,000 (0.1 pF to 200 pF) and greater than 2000 (220 pF to 1000 pF) at MHz frequencies.
Temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) of 0 ±30 PPM/°C (-55°C to +125°C).
Insulation resistance (IR) of 10^6 Megohms min. at +25°C and 10^5 Megohms min. at +125°C.
