Overview
The ATC 700 B Series offers high-performance NPO porcelain and ceramic multilayer capacitors with a capacitance range of 0.1 pF to 5100 pF.

Low ESR/ESL, zero TCC, and high self-resonance make these capacitors suitable for RF and microwave applications.
Rugged construction, hermetic package, and established reliability (QPL) ensure excellent performance over a broad range of frequencies.

Electrical Characteristics
Extended WVDC up to 1500 VDC, with a quality factor (Q) greater than 10,000 (0.1 pF to 200 pF) and greater than 2000 (220 pF to 1000 pF) at MHz frequencies.
Temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) is 0 ±30 PPM/°C (-55°C to +125°C).
Insulation resistance (IR) is 106 Megohms min. at +25°C and 105 Megohms min. at +125°C.
