The ATC 700 A Series offers high-performance NPO porcelain and ceramic multilayer capacitors in a compact Case A size (0.055″ x 0.055″).
These capacitors feature low ESR, zero TCC, high self-resonance, and rugged construction, making them suitable for a wide range of RF and microwave applications.

Quality Factor (Q): Greater than 10,000 (0.1 pF to 100 pF) MHz and greater than 2000 (110 pF to 1000 pF) MHz.
Temperature Coefficient of Capacitance (TCC): 0 ±30 PPM/°C (-55°C to +125°C).
Insulation Resistance (IR): Typical 106 Megohms min. @ +25°C and 105 Megohms min. @ +125°C.
Working Voltage (WVDC): See Capacitance Values Table, p. 2.
Dielectric Withstanding Voltage (DWV): 250% of rated WVDC for 5 seconds.
