The ATC 700 A Series offers high-performance NPO porcelain and ceramic multilayer capacitors with a capacitance range of 0.1 pF to 1000 pF.

They have a rugged, hermetic package with high density porcelain and ceramic constructions.
The series meets and exceeds the requirements of EIA-198, MIL-PRF-55681, and MIL-PRF-123.
Electrical Characteristics
Quality Factor (Q): Greater than 10,000 (0.1 pF to 100 pF) MHz, and greater than 2000 (110 pF to 1000 pF) MHz.
Temperature Coefficient of Capacitance (TCC): 0 ±30 PPM/°C (-55°C to +125°C).
Insulation Resistance (IR): 10^6 Megohms min. @ +25°C at rated WVDC.
Environmental Tests
The series has undergone various environmental tests, including thermal shock, moisture resistance, and life tests.
Operating temperature range: -55°C to +125°C (no derating of working voltage).
