Overview
The ATC 700 A Series offers NPO porcelain and ceramic multilayer capacitors with a case A size (0.055″ x 0.055″) and low ESR. The capacitance range is from 0.1 pF to 1000 pF, with zero TCC and high self-resonance.
Electrical and Mechanical Specifications
The series provides rugged construction, established reliability (QPL), and extended WVDC up to 250 VDC. The quality factor (Q) is greater than 10,000 (0.1 pF to 100 pF) MHz and greater than 2000 (110 pF to 1000 pF) MHz.
The temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) is 0 ±30 PPM/°C (-55°C to +125°C), and the insulation resistance (IR) is 106 Megohms min. @ +25°C at rated WVDC.
Typical applications include bypass, coupling, tuning, and DC blocking, as well as filters, oscillators, and timing circuits.
