The ATC 600L Series offers ultra-low ESR, high Q, NPO RF and microwave capacitors with the lowest ESR in class and highest working voltage in class (200V). These capacitors are available in standard EIA sizes (0402, 0603, 0805) and feature high self-resonance frequencies.
Applications: Cellular base stations, subscriber-based wireless devices, WiFi (802.11), satellite communications, and WiMAX (802.16).
Circuit Applications: Filter networks, matching networks, high Q frequency tuning, coupling, bypass sources, and DC blocking.
Electrical Specifications:
Capacitance: 0.1 to 27 pF, terminations: tin plated over nickel barrier (standard), and operating temperature range: -55°C to +125°C.
