The ATC 600L Series offers ultra-low ESR, high Q, NPO RF & Microwave Capacitors with the lowest ESR in class and highest working voltage in class (200V).

Standard EIA size: 0402, high self-resonance frequencies, and RoHS compliant.
Applications
Cellular base stations, subscriber-based wireless devices, WiFi (802.11), satellite communications, WiMAX (802.16), filter networks, matching networks, high Q frequency tuning, coupling, bypass sources, and DC blocking.

Capacitance: 0.1 to 27 pF, terminations: Tin Plated over Nickel Barrier (standard), working voltage (WVDC): 200 V, quality factor (Q): 2000 at 1 MHz.
