This datasheet describes the YC (convex, flat) and TC (concave) series chip resistor arrays with lead-free terminations made by a thick film process.
Features
These resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified, RoHS compliant, and have a high component and equipment reliability. They are also halogen-free and have a low assembly cost.
Applications
They are suitable for terminal applications in SDRAM and DDRAM, laptop and desktop computers, consumer electronics, mobile phones, and telecom equipment.
Packaging
The resistors are available in paper taping reels or embossed plastic tape reels with 7-inch or 13-inch diameters.
Ordering Information
The ordering code consists of the series, size, tolerance, packing type, temperature coefficient, and resistance value. Examples of ordering codes are provided for both YC and TC series.
