General Specifications
The Aries 90 Pin Staked Flex Jumpers feature a thin, flexible solid copper conductor embedded between layers of flame-retardant insulation.
Cable Material
The cable insulation is white UL VW-1, style 2643 flame retardant Polyester (Mylar) adhesive. For high-temperature applications, the insulation is Polyimide (Kapton) with acrylic adhesive.
Conductor and Housing
The conductors are solid copper with a cross-sectional area equivalent to 26 AWG. The female housing is black UL 94V-0 glass-filled Stanyl 4/6 Nylon, and the pins are spring-tempered Copper Alloy 510.
