General Description
The Amphenol 97 Series is a widely used, low-cost, general-duty connector family for various industries, including automotive, robotics, machine tool, and welding.
These connectors offer a range of shell styles, contact patterns, and accessory options, with features such as:
- UL and CSA recognition
- Threaded coupling and hard dielectric inserts
- Operating temperatures from -55°C to +125°C
- Cost-effective and intermateable with existing 97 Series and MIL-5015 connectors
Design Characteristics and Customer Options
The 97 Series connectors are available with solid or split shell construction, six shell styles, and 128 contact arrangements.
Additional options include:
- Alternate insert positioning

- Special plating finishes, including black and green zinc alloy
