Nichicon’s ALUMINUM ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITORS High Temperature Range, For +125°C Use series offers highly dependable reliability withstanding load life of 2000 to 10000 hours at +125°C, suitable for automobile electronics where heavy-duty services are indispensable.
Performance Characteristics
The capacitors have a rated voltage range of 10 to 450V, capacitance range of 4.7 to 4700μF, and capacitance tolerance of ±20%. They also have a leakage current of not more than 0.03CV or 4 (μA) whichever is greater, and a tangent of loss angle (tan 0) of 0.14 or less.
Stability at Low Temperature
The capacitors exhibit stability at low temperatures, with a capacitance change of within 20% of the initial value after D.C. bias plus rated ripple current is applied for less than 50V, and a dissipation factor of 2009 or less than the initial specified value.
Endurance
The capacitors have an endurance of 2000 hours at 125°C, with a leakage current less than or equal to the initial specified value, and a rated ripple current of 100mA or less.
Marking
The capacitors are marked with white color letters on a blue sleeve.
