The A3932 is a three-phase MOSFET controller designed for use with bipolar brushless DC motors.
It features high gate-current drive capability, synchronous rectification, and adjustable dead time for cross-conduction protection.
The controller supports 100% duty cycle operation and has selectable fast or slow current-decay modes.
Internal PWM peak current control and high-current gate drive are also included, along with motor lead short-to-ground protection and an internal 5 V regulator.
Additionally, the A3932 has a brake input, PWM torque-control input, fault-diagnostic output, and tachometer output, as well as thermal shutdown and undervoltage protection.
