Specifications

Materials

Components of the switches are made from durable materials:

Housing and bushing constructed from glass filled 6/6 nylon, with a UL 94V-0 rating.

Hardware includes a combination of zinc nickel plated nut, bright zinc plated steel lockwasher, and a nickel plated brass stop ring.
Epoxy terminal seal for added protection of the switch internals.

Build-A-Switch

The Build-A-Switch section allows users to customize their own switch by selecting options from categories such as switch function, actuator, mounting style, terminations, and contact material. The options are displayed and described in detail on pages K-4 through K-7 of the datasheet, and additional customizations can be discussed with the Customer Service Center.

Switch Function and Terminal Identification

Page K-4 of the datasheet delineates various models with their corresponding switch function, number of poles, model numbers, and terminal configurations for Single Pole (SP), Double Pole (DP), 3-Pole (3P), and 4-Pole (4P) variants. The detailed schematic includes terminal number identifications which are molded on the bottom of the housing for easy assembly reference.
