Overview
The 90152 series is a C-Grid PCB connector designed for use with printed circuit boards (PCBs). It features a terminal retention system and is available in various plating versions.
Key Features
The connector has a recommended PCB hole pattern and is compatible with PCB hole patterns. It is made of contact-plated phosphor bronze and has a housing made of 157 glass-filled polyester, colored black.
The plating versions include pre-plated hot dip tin, nickel overall with gold on contact areas, and tin on solder tails. The plating thickness ranges from 1.0 to 2.5 microns for tin, 0.38 to 0.64 microns for gold, and 1.27 to 1.78 microns for nickel.
Dimensions and Options
The connector is available in various sizes, with dimensions ranging from 2.54 mm to 71.12 mm. It has options for regular, kinked, and selective kinked pins, and the solder tail of the terminal in voided cavities must be cropped as shown or removed.
