The 90148 series connectors are designed for use in printed circuit boards (PCBs) and feature straight pins with various plating options.
Key Features
Housing Material: Polyester (PBT) or Polyamide (PA46) with glass fill, UL94-V0 rated, and available in black or natural colors.
Pin Material: Phosphor bronze with contact plating options including tin, nickel, and gold.
PCB Hole Pattern: Recommended hole pattern for straight pins is provided, with dimensions in millimeters.
Polarization: Polarized connectors are available with specific pin insertion and housing designs.
Plating Options
Hot Dip Tin: 1.0 to 2.5 microns (.00004″ to .00010″)
Nickel and Gold: 1.27 to 1.78 microns (.00005″ to .00007″) nickel overall, 0.38 to 0.64 microns (.000015″ to .000025″) gold on contact area, and 3 to 5 microns (.00012″ to .00020″) tin on solder tails.
