The laser diode chips have a threshold current of 100-120 mA, operating current of 570-590 mA, and operating voltage of 1.9-2.3V. The slope efficiency is 0.8 mW/ImA, beam divergence is 10 degrees (parallel) and 40 degrees (perpendicular), and lasing wavelength is 801-805-810 nm.
