Description and Features

The Zener diodes are designed for voltage regulation across a wide voltage range of 3.9V to 200V. The thermal resistance is specified at a maximum of 2.0°C/W from the junction to the hexagonal base. The diode’s forward voltage is specified at 1.5 Volts when conducting 10A.

Packaging

These Zener diodes are contained within an industry-standard DO-5 (DO-203AB) package which includes a 11/16 inch hexagonal stud with 1/4-28 threads. All external surfaces are corrosion-resistant with terminals suitable for soldering. Each device weighs 15 grams, and installation may utilize optional mounting hardware available from the factory.
