These high power Zener diodes provide voltage regulation in a selection over a broad range of voltages (3.9V to 200V) with low thermal resistance. They are available in various military qualifications (JAN, JANTX, JANTXV) and can be operated up to 50 W with adequate mounting and heat sinking.
Features:
JEDEC registered, hermetically sealed, and internally solder bonded construction. Standard polarity is anode to case, with reverse polarity available by designating R suffix in part number.
Applications and Benefits:
Regulates voltage over a broad operating current and temperature range. Nonsensitive to ESD per MIL-STD-750 Method 1020 and inherently radiation hard.
