This datasheet describes a series of high-power Zener diodes, represented by the JEDEC registered 1N3305B thru 1N3350B and 1N4549B thru 1N4SS6B series, which provide voltage regulation across a broad range of voltages (3.9V to 200V).
These diodes are designed to operate up to 50 W with adequate mounting and heat sinking, and are available in various military qualifications (JAN, JANTX, JANTXV) per MIL-PRF-19500/358.

Hermetically sealed (welded) construction, internal solder bond, and low thermal resistance.
Standard polarity is anode to case, with reverse polarity available by designating the R suffix in the part number.
Applications and Benefits
Regulates voltage over a broad operating current and temperature range, with standard voltage tolerances of +/- 5%.
Nonsensitive to ESD per MIL-STD-750 Method 1020, and inherently radiation hard as described in Microsemi MicroNote 050.
