This datasheet describes a series of high-power Zener diodes, represented by the JEDEC registered 1N3305B thru 1N3350B and 1N4549B thru 1N4SS6B series, which provide voltage regulation over a broad range of voltages (3.9V to 200V).
These diodes are available in standard and reverse polarity configurations and are qualified per MIL-PRF-19500/358, with options for JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV military qualifications.

Hermetically sealed (welded) construction, internal solder bond construction, and a maximum power dissipation of 50 watts at Tc < 75°C.
Applications and Benefits
Regulates voltage over a broad operating current and temperature range, with standard voltage tolerances of +/- 5% (with B suffix). Reverse polarity is available, and the diodes are nonsensitive to ESD per MIL-STD-750 Method 1020.
