Description

The datasheet presents the series of high power 50 Watt Zener diodes with part numbers ranging from 1N2804B to 1N2846B and 1N4557B to 1N4564B. These diodes are designed to provide voltage regulation across a spectrum of voltages, from 3.9V to 200V. With low thermal resistance, they are capable of handling up to 50 Watts, provided they have adequate mounting and heat sinking. Additionally, reverse polarity versions of these diodes are available.
