Current rating: 0.5A, Voltage rating: 60 VAC/DC, Insulation resistance: 10^8 MΩ min. at 500 VDC, and Withstanding voltage: 250 VAC for 1 minute.
Environmental and Process Ratings
Temperature rating: -55°C to +85°C, Process rating: 245°C (profile per J-STD-020), and Moisture sensitivity level: MSL 1 (per J-STD-020).
