Physical Characteristics

Constructed with a glass-filled polyester (PCT) insulator, these headers resist flames by meeting the UL94V-0 standard and come in black. Electrical Specifications

The headers have an EIA current rating of 3.0A with 6 contacts powered, and 1.75A with all contacts powered, ensuring a maximum temperature rise of 30°C. Featuring an insulation resistance greater than 1 GΩ at 500 VDC, they offer a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000 V RMS at sea level. For Underwriters Laboratories (UL) recognition, the headers have a current rating of 1A for all lines powered and a voltage rating of 125V.

Environmental and Compliance

The series operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C, can withstand a process temperature of 260°C, and meets moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. The components are suitable for reflow soldering using “paste in hole” techniques and comply with RoHS standards.

Mounting and Ordering
