The header’s current rating varies depending on the number of contacts powered, with a maximum rating of 5.00 A for a single contact down to 1.75 A when all contacts are powered, considering a maximum temperature rise limit. The headers feature high insulation resistance of over 1×10⁹ Ω at 500 VDC and can withstand 1,000 Vrms at sea level. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +105°C, and the high-temp PCT insulator version can withstand up to 260°C according to J-STD-020C.
