Overview
The 3M Four-Wall Header 3000 Series is a high-temperature, polarized connector designed for military and industrial applications.
Key Features
Available in straight and right-angle versions, this connector features a latch/ejector system, optional polarizing posts, and high-temperature insulation suitable for “no-lead” soldering operations.
The connector has a current rating of 5A per contact, with a maximum temperature rise of 30°C, and withstands voltage up to 1000V at sea level.
Physical Characteristics
The header is made of glass-filled polyester (PCT) with a black finish, and the contacts are copper alloy with nickel and gold plating.
The connector is available with various mounting hardware options, including screws and bolts, and can accommodate PCB thicknesses up to 3.18mm.
