This series of converters features an input voltage range of 18 to 36V DC and offers isolated outputs from 3.3V to 48V DC with a maximum operating temperature allowance of 100°C at full load. The output is programmable from 10 to 110% of the specified value. High efficiency, cited to be up to 89%, and power density, 91W per cubic inch, make the module a reliable and efficient power solution. Additional characteristics include regulation within ±0.4% from no load to full load, parallelability with N+M fault tolerance, and a low-noise Zero-Current Switching (ZCS)/Zero-Voltage Switching (ZVS) architecture. It’s also RoHS compliant when optioned with either the F or G pin.

VICOR’s 24V Micro Family modules can withstand input surges of up to 50V for 100 milliseconds and can operate with input voltage ranging from -0.5V to +53V. They are designed to handle an operating temperature range from -55°C to +100°C for M-Grade components, with storage temperatures between -65°C and +125°C. The unit can handle isolation voltage from input to output at 3000 Vrms, from the input to base at 1500 Vrms, and output to base at 500 Vrms, ensuring safe and isolated operation.
