Overview
The 1N6092, 1N6093, and 1N6094 indicators by MICROPAC are hermetically sealed LED indicators specifically designed for high-reliability applications. They can operate effectively within a temperature range of -55°C to +100°C and can be stored from -65°C to +100°C. Instructions include a lead soldering temperature with a maximum of 260°C for 10 seconds, and a panel mount version’s maximum mounting torque of 25in-lbs. It also specifies the need to derate power dissipation and forward current with a temperature increase above 25°C.
Dimensions and Design
The datasheet provides detailed dimensions for both the indicator and panel mount versions, measured in inches and millimeters to accommodate various assembly requirements. Each indicator unit presents a tinted diffused dome, gold-plated kovar leads, and a cathode indicator, whereas the panel mount provides an anodized black metal surface except for the alodine area of the flange. Included with every panel mountable unit are mounting hardware components, comprising one lock washer and one hex nut.
