This datasheet describes the 1N4099-1 through 1N4135-1 and 1N4614-1 through 1N4627-1 series of 500 mW metallurgically bonded glass Zener diodes.
These diodes are available in a range of voltages from 1.8 to 100V with tolerances of 5%, 2%, and 1% and are qualified per MIL-PRF-19500/435.
Key Features
They are constructed with an internal metallurgical bond and are mil-qualified up to the JANS level for high reliability applications.
They have a maximum noise density of 40 μV/√Hz for 6.8V and fall quickly to 1 pV/√Hz at lower voltages.
They are available in DO-35 (DO-204AH) and DO-213AA packages and are RoHS compliant.
Applications
These diodes are suitable for regulating voltage over broad ranges of current and temperature and are inherently radiation hard.
They have flexible axial-lead mounting terminals and are non-sensitive to ESD per MIL-STD-750 method 1020.
