This datasheet describes a series of 1 Watt surface mount Zener diodes qualified per MIL-PRF-19500/115, available in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV military qualifications.
The diodes are hermetically sealed in a DO-213AB (MELF, LL41) package, with a Zener voltage range of 6.8 to 110 volts, and are suitable for high-reliability applications.
