This datasheet describes a series of high power SOW Zener diodes, JEDEC registered 1N2804B through 1N2846B and 1N4557B through 1N4564B, providing voltage regulation in values from 3.9 V to 200 V.
These Zener diodes are available in standard and reverse polarity, with JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV military qualifications. They are hermetically sealed in a TO-3 (TO-204AD) package and have a low thermal resistance, allowing for operation up to 50 W with adequate mounting and heat sinking.
