This datasheet describes a series of transient voltage suppressor (TVS) devices that offer high peak pulse power rating of 1500 W and extremely fast response time, making them suitable for protecting against secondary effects of lightning, voltage transients from inductive switching, and RFI.

Applications and Benefits
The devices are designed to provide protection from switching and RFI induced transients, and are compliant with IEC 61000-4-2 and IEC 61000-4-4 for ESD and EFT protection respectively. They also offer secondary lightning protection per IEC61000-4-5 with various source impedances.
