The datasheet specifies the materials and finishes used for the 13 1 SMA straight plug crimp type connector.
Materials:
Body and coupling nut: Stainless steel (ASTM A582, Alloy 303)
Insulator: Virgin white Teflon (ASTM D1710, Grade Type Class “B”)
Retaining ring: Beryllium copper (ASTM B196, Alloy C17300, Temper TD04)
Contact crimp sleeve: Seamless low-lead brass tube (Alloy 330, soft anneal temper) or seamless copper tube (ASTM B875, Type C12000, temper: light anneal)
Finishes:
Plate: MIL-G-45204, Type II, Class 1, Grade C
Body: Cold stress-free nickel (QQ-N-290)
Contact: Gold plate (MIL-G-45204, Type II, Class 1, Grade C)
Crimp sleeve: Gold plate (MIL-G-45204, Type II, Class 1, Grade C) with copper strike (MIL-C-14550)
