Features
The devices have a maximum peak pulse power dissipation of 1500 W, a maximum stand-off voltage of 376 V, and operate with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C.
The diodes are packaged in a plastic case with plated terminals, solderable per MIL-STD-750, and have a weight of approximately 1.4 g.
Electrical Characteristics
The devices are available in various breakdown voltage ranges from 146 V to 376 V, with a standard tolerance of +10% and an optional tolerance of +5% for the breakdown voltage.
The maximum clamping voltage and peak forward surge current are also specified.
