Procedure
The new steering rack can be fitted to pre-1989 model year cars, but requires changing the lower steering column and using a fixing kit.
The procedure involves removing the existing rack, connecting the new lower column, fitting the adapter blocks, and centralizing the steering wheel.
Torque settings and adjustments are also necessary.
