Introduction
This installation documentation is for the Webasto Thermo Top Evo parking heater in Audi A4 and A5 vehicles from model year 2008 and later.
Important Notes
Failure to follow the installation instructions will result in the invalidation of the type approval for the heater and therefore invalidation of the general homologation of the vehicle.
The total installation time is approximately 7 hours and may vary depending on the vehicle equipment.
Preparation and Installation
Before starting the installation, ensure the vehicle is prepared by following the preliminary work steps, including depres-surizing the cooling system, disconnecting the battery, and removing various components.
The heater installation location is in the engine compartment, and the duplicate label should be attached visibly in the appropriate place.
