Introduction
The Volvo Complimentary Factory Scheduled Maintenance Program (FSM330) is designed to enhance the customer’s ownership experience. The program covers factory scheduled maintenance up to the first 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, as recommended in the Volvo Warranty and Maintenance Records Information booklet.
Program Details
The program is applicable to all 2013-2016 model year Volvo vehicles leased or sold as new to a retail or fleet customer and registered in the U.S. by an authorized Volvo dealer. The vehicle mileage at the time of service for each 10,000-mile interval should not exceed +/- 1,500 miles of the stated service interval.
Customers should be informed that exceeding the mileage limitations for service may adversely affect vehicle component service life and warranty coverage for any future related failed components.
Claim Reimbursement
Claims for the FSM330 program will be processed through the Warranty Processing system. The LONG FORM application will be utilized for all schedule maintenance claims for this program. Reimbursement will utilize the retailer’s warranty labor rate, which is in effect on the date of the repair order, and suggested list prices for parts.
