The 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid is the most fuel-efficient midsize sedan in America, with an EPA-estimated 41 mpg city and 36 hwy.

It features a 2.5L I-4 engine and an electronically controlled Continuously Variable Transmission, allowing it to operate at speeds of up to 47 MPH in pure electric mode.
