The purpose of this service bulletin is to replace the wiper motor assembly on certain Cybertruck vehicles due to electrical overstress on the gate driver component, which may cause the front windshield wiper motor controller to stop functioning.
Correction Procedure
Order a new wiper motor assembly and inspect the Batch Number. If the digits 4-8 of the Batch Number are “24145” or greater, proceed with installation. If less than “24144”, reject and send the wiper motor to the Material Review Board (MRB) and order a new one with Batch Number 24145 or greater.
