It is essential to maintain utmost cleanliness during the replacement procedure, and all gaskets removed must be discarded and replaced with new components during reassembly.
The CCP is replaced with the gearbox on the workbench, and the DCT gearbox must be removed from the vehicle before starting the procedure.
Tools and Equipment
A list of specialized tools and equipment is provided, including a swivel-head base, gearbox overhaul support, and various punches and extractors.
These tools must be ordered directly from the Spare Parts Department if not already in possession.
