Procedure Overview
The bulletin provides instructions for replacing the SAP on the DCT gearbox for the affected models. The procedure involves draining the hydraulic clutch system oil and gear oil, removing the complete DCT gearbox, and replacing the SAP with new components.
Important Reminders
Dealers must compile the DCT Gearbox Pre-Diagnosis form and attach it to a new ROL. Replaced parts must be kept for at least 60 days. The utmost cleanliness must be maintained during all operations, and all gaskets removed must be discarded and replaced with new components during reassembly.
