Summary
This technical bulletin addresses an issue with the suspension air supply unit exhaust valve failing to vent on certain Land Rover models.
Affected vehicles include:
- LR4 (LA) Model Year: 2015-2016 VIN: 745077 Onwards
- Range Rover Sport (LW) Model Year: 2014-2016 VIN: 505041-587719
- Range Rover (LG) Model Year: 2015-2016 VIN: 197621-287438
The issue may cause the air suspension system to not raise/lower, with a warning displayed on the Instrument Cluster and Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) C1A13-64.
The cause is a blocked silencer or faulty exhaust valve, and the recommended action is to follow the Service Instruction below.
Service Instruction
Remove and replace the suspension air supply unit, and check for white powder at the silencer.
