Summary of Technical Bulletin
This technical bulletin addresses an issue with the transmission Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) being illuminated and Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) P0729 to P0735, P0783, and P2702 to P2704 being stored in the Transmission Control Module (TCM).
The cause of this issue is the degradation and failure of the lead-free bush, leading to transmission degradation and failure.
Affected Vehicle Range:
XF (X250), XJ Range (X350), XJ Range (X351), and XK Range (X150) models from 2008 to 2011 with specific VIN ranges.
