The bulletin provides guidance on how to diagnose and correct EyeSight system errors after body repair procedures.
Key Steps:
• Perform a zero adjustment of the digital angle gauge at the lower end flange side of the rocker panel and measure the rocker angle on both sides.
• Inspect the tires and suspension height and retry aiming if necessary.
• Remove the EyeSight cover and camera and measure the EyeSight plate angle.
• Check items 1-12 listed on page 3 and reattempt aiming if necessary.
• If the aiming is unsuccessful, diagnose and repair the error code and retry aiming.
Important Notes:
• Make sure to measure near the center of the side rocker panel and NOT on the jack positions.
• The specified vehicle tolerance tilt range must be within the specified range.
